Privacy and Cookie Policy

NetellerCasinosOnline.com is a comparison site you can read without signing up, so we collect very little about you. This policy explains what that little is, why we need it and what you can do about it. It covers every country edition of the site.

What We Collect

You don't create an account with us and we never ask for payment details. There are only two situations in which personal data reaches us. The first is when you write to us through the contact page: we receive the name and email address you enter and the content of your message. The second is the ordinary technical traffic every website receives. When your browser loads a page, our hosting and content-delivery providers record the IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. Those logs exist to keep the site running and to block abuse, and we don't use them to build a profile of you.

We don't collect data about your gambling, your casino accounts or your Neteller wallet. Anything you do at a casino happens on the casino's own site and under its own privacy policy.

Why We Use It

Contact messages are used only to reply to you and, where you've reported an error, to correct a review. Server logs are used for security, to keep pages loading quickly and to investigate faults. For visitors in the European Union and the United Kingdom, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering messages and running a secure website. For visitors in Australia, we handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988. We don't sell personal data, and we don't pass it to casinos or advertisers.

Who Else Handles It

A small number of service providers process data on our behalf: the company that hosts the site, the network that delivers its pages and protects it from attacks, and the email service that carries contact messages. They may store data outside your country; where that happens, they're bound by contract to protect it to the standard the law requires.

How Long We Keep It

Contact messages are kept for up to 12 months after the conversation ends, then deleted. Server logs are kept for a short period by our providers, typically a few weeks, unless they're needed to investigate an attack.

Cookies

This site doesn't set analytics cookies, advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and it doesn't store anything in your browser's local storage. That's why you don't see a cookie banner here: there's nothing to consent to. Our security provider may use a strictly necessary cookie in rare cases to tell a real visitor from automated traffic; it contains no personal profile and expires quickly.

Things change once you click through to a casino. Affiliate links can pass through a partner's tracking address before landing on the casino, and that partner and the casino may set their own cookies under their own policies. You can see and clear cookies at any time in your browser settings, usually under Privacy or Site data, and you can block third-party cookies there too.

Your Rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and object to how we use it. Send the request through the contact page and we'll answer within 30 days. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority; in Australia that's the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Children and Changes

The site is intended for adults and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page.
